Departed Obama aide Van Jones advises young liberals: My 'rough exit' was worth every second
Van Jones. Van Jones.
The name might ring a bell. Progressive Democrat. Barack Obama supporter. White House advisor on becoming green. For six months. Controversies including reports of signing a petition that 9/11 was actually a government conspiracy.
Of course, after his "rough exit" he landed nicely, as a senior fellow at John Podesta's liberal Center for American Progress.
Jones spoke today to more than 1,000 young liberals and offered laughter and some passionate advice (see C-SPAN video below). Among his tips:
If you were given the same opportunity I was to go and serve for six months, and it was 100% guaranteed that you’d have the same rough exit that I had, do it – it’s worth every minute.

Van Jones, unfortunately is all too typical of the political appointments made by the Obozo administration. Thin on real world experience and ability and way long on attitude and leftist ideology, this fool has yet to even comprehend that he never should have held that position in the first place and that by accepting a job he was unqualified to perform, he dealt the mission of implementing renewable energy a severe setback. This is the most inept, corrupt administration in American history.
The saddest part is that no one in power, from David Axelrod, to Rahm Emanuel, to Obozo himself seems to comprehend the severe loss of focus and control occurring in parallel with the declining poll numbers. Independent and mainstream voters have a severe case of "hope and change" buyers remorse.

Van Jones is another reflection of off the track president obama. Many of the people obama appoints to his cabinet are too self centered and angry at this country to accomplish any good in the jobs given them.
