Ticket photo of the week: Shades of meaning
It sort of gives new meaning to the term shadow government. President Obama, or at least his shadow, was captured by a Reuters photographer as he walked back to the Oval Office on Tuesday after making remarks about leaked documents concerning the Afghan war.
