Tea party activists like Biden's 'big ... deal' comment too: It's all the rage on T-shirts calling for healthcare repeal

Ever since Vice President Joe Biden uttered his infamous line at last week's healthcare bill signing -- whispering in President Obama's ear that the achievement was "a big ... deal," the line has captured the political zeitgeist.

The White House put out the word that the president thought the line not only funny but the highlight of the day.

Internet entrepreneurs were quick to seize on the moment with a website dedicated to the utterance and Twitter sites filled with comments about it.

And enterprising Americans created mugs, refrigerator magnets and bumper stickers commemorating the line, some even joining it in the lexicon of political slogans with T-shirts that read: "New Deal, Fair Deal, Big ... Deal." Apparently that one's popular at the White House.

But conservatives are clever people too, and now some counter-programming is underway. One memorable T-shirt for sale on zazzle.com has a certain simple elegance to it. "Repeal the Big ... Deal."

So nice of Biden to provide the rhyme.

Was our foul mouth of a VP refering to the corn husker deal or to the big
sweethart deal for the insurers ?Biden was certainly dealt a slap in his
imbecil facies by Israel wich the msm was carefull not to highlight.Obama
tolerates Biden just because his gutter type of populism balances out Obama's
elitist and highbrow image that lends so much credence to Sarah Palin's
expression of the elitist law professor lecturing the populace. But, hey Biden
is doing such a great job supervising that humongus stimulus that we can all
forgive him for this minor slip of the tongue.

Intrade is giving Biden a 2 % probability of remaining on the ticket in 2012.
Hillary has already turned down an offer from the white house to replace him.
Rumour has it that Netanyahou and major EU heads of state have pleaded with Obama to save them the embarrassement of a Biden visit to their countrys.Chancelor Merkel has gone as far as saying she would rather be
visited by Hugo Chavez , Kim Jon Ill or even Robert Mugabee.Perhaps Joe
would make an excellent ambassador to Waziristan or lower Slobovia.

Insisting on remaining anonymous a white house official just confided to CNN
that Rahm Emanuel, whose job includes controlling Biden's public utterances
has been pleading with Obama to be relieved of that responsabilty.Rahm says
he would rather have a couple of teeth pulled than continue loosing sleep and
sanity trying to rein in such a loose canon.CNN's Wolf Blitzer is quoted as
having said that the leak was probably engineered by Axelrod who had given
Obama strict advice on not picking Biden for VP.Axelrod felt Rendel of
Virginia was the best man for the job. This could a real big ?&%$#ing deal.Stay
tuned.

I enjoy political discussion ,and yes even with liberals and even among the liberals I have yet to find one who will say that Biden is not a liability on the
current and hopefully one term administration.Obama right after inauguration
had effectively improved our image overseas, but as Copenhagen clearly
demonstrated that feeling soon vanished among the main players.Biden in his
most recent foray to Israel failed miserably to keep intact the respect of our
most precious ally in that troubled region of the world. It is unconscionable
for our president to prolong for any length of time such an incompetent and
vulgar person as second in command.Keeping Biden in his present job can
only further the feeling among our allies and ennemys that the USA is
governed by amateurs and caracters unbecoming.

I can't believe such a big deal is being made of a man saying the "f" word in exclamation! What century do you guys live in? You call the Dems "elitist" then rail against a little colorful language that is spoken by a lot of Palin's "real Americans" I know. When was the last time any of you said the word? It only shows he is human and I rather like that about him. Better a colorful VP than an idiot like Sarah Palin.......
