UCLA student, anti-abortion activist Lila Rose inspires calls for donations to Planned Parenthood
Plenty of reaction here and here to our story Sunday about Lila Rose, the UCLA student who poses as a pregnant teen with a 31-year-old boyfriend to show that Planned Parenthood does not always follow statutory rape reporting requirements. Rose, whose photo is at right, posts her videos on her website.
One we found particularly interesting was a take-off on something that happened during the presidential campaign, when people who support legalized abortion were urged to send donations to Planned Parenthood in the name of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, a staunch abortion foe.
On Monday, Daily Kos blogger mck suggested that people make donations to Planned Parenthood in the name of Lila Rose.
According to the New York Daily News, about $760,000 flowed to the coffers of Planned Parenthood in the name of the vice presidential nominee, who recently mused to a crowd in Indiana that for a fleeting moment, she contemplated having an abortion when she learned her fifth child, Trig, had Down Syndrome.

It always amazes me how eager the militant pro-aborts are to end the lives of pre-born living humans.

It always amazes me how eager the anti-choice (pro-government intrusion) crowd is to give up being pro-life once one is actually born. Always the motto: Save the fetus, screw the child.

I'm sorry, I thought this was an actual article on HOW she inspired donations. You're just SUGGESTING (or implying the suggestion) that she be the cause for donations.
I have to say I was equally disappointed by the reaction links you provided. If this is the best you can do, you should save it next time and spare us the incompetency.

The catholic church and organized religion are the entities MOST responsible for why abortion takes place in the first place! If organized religion had chosen to face reality rather than bury its head in fantasyland they would have promoted and encouraged PREVENTION OF CONCEPTION. But no, religion refused to accept the simple fact of biology that PEOPLE LIKE TO DO THE NAKED PRETZEL -> FACT, solid fact. Nobody will ever change that fact. Hence, a vast many people do not use contraceptives because the vatican and other religions do not promote use of condoms and other methods to prevent conception. Not a very bright move on the part of organized religion, at all!
