Sunday talk shows: Can Presidents 41 and 43 trump No. 44?

January 8, 2009 | 11:31 am

Fox News anchor Brit Hume sat down with President George W. Bush and his father, President George H.W. Bush, on Wednesday to tape what the network is billing as the pair's first-ever interview together. It will air on "Fox News Sunday."

It's a huge get for Fox -- but the network will have some stiff competition.

ABC will have George Stephanopoulos' interview of President-elect Barack Obama on "This Week."

For Bush 41, this must be some kind of record. He was just on "Fox News Sunday" last Sunday, as The Ticket reported here. And Laura Bush just before New Years. vAnd did you hear? The First Lady has signed to do an autobiography?

Matea Gold has more on at the Show Tracker blog.

Even former presidents are allowed to register here for cellphone alerts on each new Ticket item. RSS feeds are also available here. And we're on Amazon's Kindle as well.
