More delay in Obama's report on team contacts with Blagojevich

December 15, 2008 | 12:50 pm

Looks like the Obama team won't be releasing information this week about any contact Obama staff members had with advisers to Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich. So say the friendly folks over at the Swamp.The_embattled_governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich

Quoting a statement from Obama Transition Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer, the blog reports the Obama crew has delayed release of the information at the request of U.S. Atty. Gen. Patrick J. Fitzgerald.

Follow this link for The Swamp's report.

And speaking of The Swamp, the blog also brings us a post about kids playing with shoes belonging to Muntadar al-Zeidi, the Iraqi journalist who flung his shoes at President Bush.

We can't resist The Swamp's headline: "Iraqi shoe throwers, the next generation."
