McCain has not initiated a thriving solar business in Arizona, nor voted for tax incentives for homeowners and businesses to have solar panels. Arizona could be producing large amounts of solar energy for their state and sell the excess energy to other states. If McCain is for alternative energy, why has he not help develop Arizona's use of abundant sunshine? Nuclear power plants take a long time to build, and no neighborhood wants the nuclear waste in their backyard.
