Say what you will about McCAin, but he is a FORCE. As soon as he announced his intent to go to D.C. a whole new sense of urgency overtook the Dem's to get this deal done. I'm a Democratic but I do thank McCain for helping to motivate the Dem's to get this deal done.

Congress has reached a bipartisan counterproposal to the Bush bailout plan. WITH, I might add, the able, Country-First assistance of Sen. John McCain, who provided a constant supply of sharpened pencils to lawmakers and regaled pages with tales of his military service. Mission accomplished, Johnny! Now, off to Mississippi and the debate!

Really people, McCain's every other word is " I " . I will do this I will do that. Blah blah blah. Obama is about the United States of America. Period. He states that " WE " need to reform health care, " WE " need to protect the enviroment, " WE " need to fix the economic crisis. Omaba is going to work with and for the People of The United States. Not for himself. Take a closer look and you will see. It is not really so much as who says they have the best plan, but the one that is going to work for the People and By the PEOPLE!
