Karl Rove has nice things to say about whom? (His initials are B.O.)

July 27, 2008 | 10:10 pm

John McCain, of course.

But also Barack Obama.

The GOP political strategist and Fox News commentator who guided George W. Bush into two terms in the TeKarl Rove offers a fair and balanced assessment of Barack Obama's European trip.xas governor's office and two terms in the Oval Office was not entirely negative about the Illinois senator's eight-day trip to Afghanistan, Iraq, the Middle East and three European allies.

Obama was "on the same stage with world leaders," Rove said Sunday. He "dominated the media" for more than a week. His 16-month withdrawal timeline from Iraq did get Prime Minister Nouri Maliki's "semi-endorsement." And he had "huge crowds" in Germany.

All this "did shore up his standing," Rove said on "Fox News Sunday."

Then the fellow once dubbed "Bush's brain" -- who now works as an analyst at Fox News, where "fair and balanced" is part of the job description -- took a look at the other side.

The trip's opening visual -- Obama hitting a three-point shot in Afghanistan -- may not be "the best image if you want to say 'I'm a world leader.' " Obama's continued opposition to the troop surge "that  made success in Iraq possible" is "hard to fathom."

Voters could be put off by the "hint of arrogance" when Obama staffers "demanded that they be -- that he be treated as a -- as the occupant of the White House, with White House rules" on anonymity for their comments.

The huge crowds were "in Germany, and he's running for president of the United States, not president of Europe." Finally, the Berlin speech was "vacuous ... I'm not certain there was much 'there' there."

Rove's conclusion about the trip: "So on balance, I think, short-term plus. But potentially a long-term -- long-term, it might not make that big a difference for him."

Our friends over at The Swamp have more to report on Rove's remarks.

I wonder if he has good things to say about former Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards, who has been confirmed as trying to sneak out of the Beverly Hills Hilton at 2:30 in the morning last week, without a mention of it in the Los Angeles Times. It is certainly newsworthy for a potential vice-president or attorney general of the most powerful nation on earth running down a hallway and locking himself in a bathroom in the basement of a hotel. Agreed?

look out, as soon as praise comes from the arch conservative evil genius of the bush rise to power, there's some sneaky messing around going on behind the scenes with voting machines or worse. anybody trust this guy?

Late Breaking News- - - for Jake
Mystery source reveals that NE Senior Reporter and other reporter from NE and all hotel guest witnesses all had their camera, recorders and cellphones rendered useless by the aliens just before they teleported the mute clone to the mother ship. This explains the generic photos used in the original article. The award-winning investigative rag has vowed to continue it's battle against this unknown threat to global security and swears this will not become an X-file despite the lack of any proof.
Meanwhile fellow investigators over at hotelchatter are still looking for witnesses. There is some speculation in the scientific community of either alien induced amnesia or more tragically of memory falsification.

This fat sack of crap belongs in PRISON!!

MSNBC's coverage of the Barack Obama rock star tour is the most embarrassing I have ever seen. Listening to Keith Olbermann in voiceover as they show shots of Barack Obama standing in front of people in Germany, just how stupid are we supposed to be.

"Oh, did you see Barack Obama standing in front of all of those people in Germany"?

lol, as if that is supposed to mean something. It means nothing, nothing other than once again Barack Obama thinks he is deserving so something he has not earned.

Coming to your local political theater SOON!

ROVE ROLLS, HE TALKS, HE WALKS

French Subtitle: Singing Folsom Prison Blues In A Red State Prison

No one can resist a great summertime movie to help take our minds off war, high gas prices and air-conditioning we can no longer afford. An even better way to beat the summertime blues is a hot, juicy, major political scandal, especially when it features our favorite criminal master mind, Karl Rove, as the lead player. Cyber Intrigue, Treason, Voter Fraud, Blackmail and Secret Whistle Blowers! What more can we ask for?

Who will be subpoenaed? Who will answer a subpoena? Who's going to the pokey?!

With a cast that rivals that of "Moses'"
Staring in Alphabetical Order!

Cliff "Atticus" Arnebeck fighting for Justice and the American Way.

Heather Connel as leading lady, torn between her family's safety and the integrity of her vote.

Michael Connel, the mastermind voter fraud genius and self described behind the scenes power house or just a simple computer misunderstood geek?

Dennis "The Menace" Kucinich as himself.

John McCain, as the laughable but lovable old soap box politician who remains confused and perplexed by it all.

The Honorable Michael B. "Wild Card" Mukasey whose role in the final scenes will astound you.

And last but not least!

Karl Rove, King Maker with ties to Power that only Power knows.

ACT V, Scene II

Dear Attorney General Mukasey:

We have been confidentially informed by a source we believe to be credible that Karl Rove has threatened Michael Connell, a principal witness we have identified in our King Lincoln case in federal court in Columbus, Ohio, that if he does not agree to "take the fall" for election fraud in Ohio, his wife Heather will be prosecuted for supposed lobby law violations. This appears to be in response to our designation of Rove as the principal perpetrator in the Ohio Corrupt Practices Act/RICO claim with respect to which we issued document hold notices last Thursday to you and to the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform. I have informed court chambers and am in the process of informing the Ohio Attorney General's and US Attorney's
offices in Columbus for the purpose, among other things, of seeking protection for Mr. Connell and his family from this reported attempt to intimidate a witness.

Concurrently herewith, I am informing Mr. Conyers and Mr. Kucinich in connection with their Congressional oversight responsibilities related to these matters. Because of the serious engagement in this matter that began in 2000 of the Ohio Statehouse Press Corps, 60 Minutes, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, C-Span and Jim VandeHei, and the public's right to
know of gross attempts to subvert the rule of law, I am forwarding this information to them, as well.

ACT V, SCENE III

The Honorable Michael B. Mukasey
Attorney General of the United States
U.S. Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20530

RE: Document Hold Notice for Emails of Karl Rove

Dear Mr. Attorney General:

We represent public interest clients on behalf of which we intend to assert an Ohio Corrupt Practices Act/RICO claim against Mr. Karl Rove and others based upon their activities beginning in 2000 to use corporate treasury money and other resources in violation of applicable laws to establish single faction, dominance in the United States, military dominance in the world and generally undermine the rule of law as it had developed over the course of the past century.

Mr. Rove's e-mails from the White House to the Justice Department, the FBI, the Pentagon, Congress and various federal regulatory agencies are obviously relevant to the factual issues that we intend to address in this case. We are concerned about reports that Mr. Rove not only destroyed e-mails, but also took steps to destroy the hard drives from which they had been sent.

This is to request that you advise both the Secret Service, which we understand should have a complete record of e-mails sent to and from the White House, and federal agencies with which Mr. Rove was communicating to protect such electronic records from destruction pending our opportunity to discover them in the course of the prospective litigation.

Sincerely yours,

Clifford O. Arnebeck, Jr.
