Barack Obama's birth certificate revealed here

First, last fall, there were all kinds of people, a number of them Ron Paul supporters, dashing from Internet site to Internet site suggesting that John McCain could not serve as president of the United States.
That was because he was born outside the United States and, therefore, not native-born, as presidents must be constitutionally.
McCain was, in fact, born in a U.S. military hospital in the
Panama Canal Zone, where his father was serving in the Navy. That was, in fact, American-controlled territory at the time.
More importantly, his parents were both American citizens, so he could have been born on Mars and still been an American at birth. And a sense of the Senate resolution took care of any lingering doubts.
Now come the rumors about Barack Obama's birthplace, that he was really born in his father's native Kenya, so like Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was born in Austria, he can't become a U.S. president.
Same rule would apply as for McCain. Obama's mother was an American. So is her son.
The Obama campaign has provided at The Ticket's request what it says is a copy of the Illinois senator's official birth certificate, reproduced here, showing he was born in Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961, at 7:24 p.m., which means he was late for dinner, just like a politician. Now, about the citizenship of all those people planting these rumors.

Thought he was born Barry Obama? Why in the world would the birth certificate say Barack Hussein Obama II when we clearly know he changed his name later on.
If the liberal-left media really wants to say the truth then let them ask the Social Security Admin. for the name change documents needed when he changed his name later on.

I was born in Hawaii and recently had to get a copy of my birth certificate (I lost my original). Obama's certificate looks just like my new one....straight from the City and County of Honolulu. I think the county must have switched over to a digitized system. It looks much different from my original, but it is still a legitimate document (I used it in Mexico and to get my drivers license when I moved states). I think these inquiries about Obama's citizenship are quite disturbing, he has produced proof of his birth, end of story. I mean this can continue forever if we like. He could show another document, but those angry Clinton supports would find some other reason why Obama was "unamerican" or scary. This seems all too reminiscent of the Mcarthy trials...everyone pointing fingers at those communists. I wonder if there will ever be a time when fear mongering will no longer work on us(we all know it worked when Bush took us into Iraq)...and McCain is using it now to try to link Obama to terrorists or that he is a Muslim (so what if he were a Muslim...is there something unamerican about that?). It seems that the easiest way to sway the sheep is throw out more fear. Guess what Obama is black (OMG!)! (oh and did you forget white america is afraid of black men!)

I'm sorry, but this has got to be the most ridiculous arguement ever. I have lost my original birth certificate and a couple replacements.
He's an American. Get over it. He loves America and wants to see it thrive. All of the liberals, guess what, we love America too. We don't want to end capitalism or freedom or liberty. We just are looking to take a different approach than what has been taken over the past 8 years.
If you disagree with his policy, go right ahead, but don't get caught up on trivial stuff like a replacement birth certificate. How many of you have your original birth certificate and social security cards? Honestly, things get misplaced. What's the next arguement, he's unfit to be president because he lost a piece of paper over the course of 47 years?

My thoughts on all of these matters is that we Need a TRUE AMERICAN PRESIDENT. People we need to come to the point and realize that WE need GOD back in our great Country. We are going backwards instead of forward. This country was founded upon Bible values and now we are falling apart. God has blessed this great nation, so i feel we need to bless GOD. How can someone support same sex marriages and Abortion. This blows my mind. Read the BIBLE People... it is time for Americans to WAKE UP.. I can't tell you who to vote for, but I am Praying that GOD (and our ONLY ONE GOD) will take control of our Great Country and cause people to repent. Americans are simply too spoiled in todays society of the give me give me give me attitude.

The Obama 'birth certificate' is on a form with a revision date of November 2001 so it is obviously not an original certificate but rather a recent printout from some state registry. Hawaii State law at the time of Obama's birth had citizenship requirements that required at least one parent to have been a US citize for at least five years after the age of 16. Obama's mother was only 18 so she would not qualify, thus under HI law Obama was not a citizent.
As for McCain, 8 USC 1401 confers citizenship (natural born status) on children born abroad in various circumstances including to parents stationed abroad for military service. That said, there is no argument that McCain, born to parents on military deployment in the Panama Canal zone, is a natural born citizen.
The open issue is reconciling Hawaii law, repealed in 1986, that states Obama is not a citizen with subsequently passed federal law, including constitutional amendment.

Do we recognize this description??

I am definately not comparing him to JESUS CHRIST. I agree with you. I was stating some facts against OBAMA. People, if he gets elected we will be in BIG TROUBLE. Please be praying for our Country as we go thru these difficult times. I would never compare someone like Obama to JESUS CHRIST. he is a disgrace to the Christian american people today.

I just looked at this and you can see a date stamped on the back. this date is the date that hawaii reproduced this document for him, so the LASER part and font part does not matter. What I do see is that Barack Hussein Obama II stated that his real first name WAS Berry. WHEN did he change it to Barack and why would not be Berry on his certific!

In accordance with our Constitution, only natural born citizens, without dual citizenship, are eligible to become POTUS. I prefer the Constitution as opposed to some folks desires.
I have no official document in my possession that does not contain an embossed seal of certification -- that's a fact. Also, I have applied for and received copies of my birth certificate twice -- each has a visible, embossed seal. Within days, I can request and receive another certified copy of my birth certificate from the state of my birth -- it's no big mystery and it's no big deal.
Further, as a retired county and state employee, I have seen and certified more documents than I can count. Consequently, I am not ignorant about the subject of official documents and their certification.
Since a Democrat is pursuing Obama's certified birth certificate via litigation against Obama, then I believe Mr. Berg's only dog in the fight is the protection of our Constitution, as he has stated in similar words. What the rest of you think and/or believe has no significance to me.

I only have 2 problems with this document.
1) In 1961 They couldnt have typed this document. They didnt have the computers to do it with.
2) If you look really hard at the bottom in the middle it is dated backwards June 6th 2007.
It is obviously a forgery.

Hey, until 16, his name was "Barry Hussein Obama", not "Barak Hussein Obama II". A birth certificate would have the name of the person at birth (i.e. "Barry Hussein Obama") or "MALE" Obama.
I think Obama should prove his eligibility to serve.

Fact is his citizenship, even if he was considered a United States Natural born citizen was given up when he was enrolled in a muslim school in Indonesia. At that time you had to become an indonesian to go to school there and study the muslim faith,so maybe we should be looking for his imigration papers instead of his birth certificate.

When I applied for a NJ picture drivers license, I presented a photocopy of my NY birth certificate as one of my critical "points" of proof of ID. The photocopy was rejected and I had to go back to the NY officials and get an authorized, stamped re-issue, or I would simply not be allowed to drive in NJ. I don't think it's too much to ask of anyone vying for the presidency of this country to go about the same thing. Does anyone here disagree with that?

The so called birth certificate is not real - In Berg vs. Obama and the Andy Martin Hawaii lawsuit NEITHER Obama or Hawaii will produce or release a certified copy of Obama's birth certificate. Get real - if the one you post is real, why does not Obama produce it in the Berg case? It would be that easy - but he is not - he is using every legal option he has to delay this case. What is he hiding? He is afraid of the truth coming out - that he was born in Kenya (as Kenyan's say...and, his grandmother as well) - You Tube it if you don't believe me - Obama (and the media doesn't report it) makes frequent trips to Kenya.

I urge you to check out factcheck.org . I have found this website to be an excellent tool in my attempts to research the claims made by both the Republican and Democratic campaigns. Specifically, they have addressed the issues of McCain's and Obama's citizenship.
In short, re: McCain--though born abroad, he is considered a US citizen.
Re: Obama, and I quote:

If Barack Obama would apply for a job with the FBI or with the Secret Service, under existing rules and regulations for security clearance, he would be disqualified because of his undenied past association with William Ayers, a known terrorist.

This country is going down the crapper because of idiots following a "pied piper." Our young people don't have a clue as to what is going to happen if this guy gets in. They are completely clueless that Congress controls almost everything - and the Democrats have controlled it during the last few years. In fact, everyone talks about the deficit and how the Republicans have created the 9 trillion plus deficit. We had a deficit during every term of presidency - except Bill Clinton's term - WHEN THE REPUBLICAN'S CONTROLLED CONGRESS FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS OF HIS TERM!!!.
If elected, Obama will make all illegals citizens, and provide welfare benefits to them. This will ensure his re-election. It's just sickening how common sense is no longer that common.

All I keep seeing is a certification of live birth document. We know Obama is alive, to be president without an American citizen mother that meets legal criteria (which she doesn't, right?) then he must PROVE he is a legitimate US citizen.
And why is a CRITICAL part of the "certification of live birth" blacked out everywhere online and why is there not a 3-dimensional high-resolution video representation online to show the legitimacy. The birth certificates in Alaska have the doctors signature on the form. There is also a stamped do not duplicate on the original documents. There is no reference to race on the 1980's birth certificates in Alaska.

If Obama has nothing to hide concerning his birth records why is he and the DNC spending a fortune trying to have the case, filed by a Democrat BTW, which claims that he
1) Was not born in the US, but in Kenya. Assumption being based on statements made by his African grandmother, his African half sister and his African half brother that they attended his birth in Kenya.
2) That he was adopted by his step father while residing in Indonesia and that Indonesia does not allow duel citizenship so his US citizenship, if it existed was revoked at the time of adoption. He has never revoked his Indonesian citizenship and has never reapplied for his US citizenship.
Tell him to just produce the proper documentation to the court and settle the matter! Why keep hiding behind these silly fakes?

The issue about the "Certification of Live Birth" is that it is a forgery. You can tell yourself by bringing the image up in photo shop - I did. ALL of the lettering inside the border and the state seal is photoshopped in. The background and border are not. If you change the contrast, you can detect a single horizontal wrinkle which runs horizontally through the state seal at the top. This appears to be the result of a fold, but there is no second fold - which would be created if the the paper were folded in thirds to place in a mailing envelope. The paper is nearly square, so a single fold near the top would be implausible.
It is plausible that both McCain and Obama were born outside the United States. In my book, neither are qualified to be President of the United States as they are "un-natural born" - but this will have to be sorted out by the House of Representatives. The Electoral College Votes around December 15th. There is not likely to be a majority there, so the House will take it up, and will attempt to vote in Obama, at which time, the RNC and/or McCain will sue based on Obama's ineligibility. The DNC will countersue based on McCain's ineligibility. It will have to be decided in a lower Federal Court, and then appealed to the Supreme Court.
With the President selected but challenged, the Senate will be given the task of choosing Vice President. It will likely choose Biden, but that will be challenged by the RNC on the grounds that if Obama is disqualified, then McCain/Palin win. This also will be decided in a Federal Court and appealed to the Supreme Court.
These lawsuits and appeals will take time, and therefore, with no President or Vice President chosen, the next acting President of the United States will be Nancy Pelosi.

If anyone has doubts about Obama's birth they can always sent a copy of this birth certificate to the state of Hawaii to be authenticated. All they have to do is check the information on the birth certificate provided with their vital records

Remember that because he is black means he gets a free pass for a lot of things. For example: when he became a senator he was probably required to proove identity, but he may not have had the birth certificate to hide certain suspicious data, so security may have red flagged him, but eventually did not want to pass as racist so they dropped the issue
But now Obama could be PRESIDENT and it is time he produces the document not some fake JPG.

I didn't have my original birth certificate when I had to get my driver's license, so I sent for a duplicate from the state.
They sent me something very similar to the one here, they just printed an official document from the state records.
Don't you think that after nearly two years of Secret Service protection and all the background searching done by the government, this would be more than some crackpot allegation?

I work for a major cruiseline and part of my job is to verify prood of citizenship of cruise passengers. Over the years I've seen thousands of passports - domestic and foreign - and thousands of birth certificates, in person.
In my humble opinion, the birth certiciate displayed above - the green one from Hawai'i - is not an official certified copy, although it is in the form of one. There are at least two items missing from it to be a certified copy. In my line of work, it would not be accepted as a valid proof of citizenship.
I don't believe it be an original eiither, because originals contain detailed info that is missing from the image as it is displayed. Look at your own original b.c. if you have it, and you will see the wealth of information it provides. That information is not on the birth certificate imaged here.
If someone presented me with the above certificate as their proof of citizenship, I would be skeptical of it's validity, and immediately take it to the Customs and Border Control Office, where they could authenticate it.
Nevertheles, the fact remains that if Mr. Obama has a US passport, he had to provide a valid birth certificate to prove his citizenship.

The word "caucasian" was definitely not used for race until the late 70's. Just check ANY birth certificate for ANY state from that era.

Thanks for posting the fake birth certificate. First of all I took the American Constitution test. You must be BORN in the US. And even if Obama's mother was an American, his father was NOT. So drop that argument. This is a fake, false, phony. Where is the real one? I checked web detective, Ancestry.com and about 30 other sites that have everyone's info on them, everyone in the free world EXCEPT Obama's. Why is that? Even his siblings are on there, but not him. who blanked it all out? Who removed the evidence from the American people? You bet he has to prove he is a US citizen, that is the law, or is it going to be the way it has all along? He is above the law, and America. I liked his utube video where he says he REFUSES to wear the American flag pin. Just like he took the American flag off his plane. Why would he? He is probably NOT an American.

First of all. John McCain was born on a US base at a US hospital. Not only that, US army bases and Embasys are property owned by the united states government. Thus he was born on US soil.. Making him a Natural Born Citizen.
Barack H. Obama has still not produced a REAL birth certificate, only a copy, which is not signed or notorized, making it questionable at best. Would someone PLEASE cite the Law regarding the qualifications of passing citizenship onto children?
I have seen two different ages (14 and 16) cited in the comments above. While either age would still negate Obama's eligibility to run for the presidency, I fell that myself and others would be able to get solidly behind this by seeing the actual verbiage of the law. We need solid tools like this citation to get people to listen and action taken.
We can also use the direct citation in pursuing an unprecedented last minute campaign directed at our government representatives, the media, and our family and friends to stop what could possibly be the greatest hoax ever pulled on the American People.
SOMEONE PLEASE CITE THE LAW.

Wakeup folks. Why is this story still up and not updated? That birth certificate is not authentic. It does not contain an official seal. Why do you think Ron Paul calls Obama is a Fraud on TV? Is everyone is believing Obama's lies? Barack needs to show us his real birth certificate. He is being sued in US District Court. The court ordered him to produce this evidence 30 days ago, and he has not complied. Strange considering all the rest of us need to produce our papers to get a job; and, Barack is going after the highest job in the land and he can't produce his official, certified, birth certicate. Barack, we all need to see the official certificate with the official seal on it. In order to comply you must show us the long form that reveals the birthing hospital and the residence of your parents. Surely this would not be too much trouble for you to pay someone there in Hawaii to produce this for you, while you are there with your sick Grandmother. When you are done with that tell us why there is a birth certificate on file in Kenya for someone name Barack Hussein Obama II born as the same date as you; and, tell us why the headlines on the news papers in Kenya read Kenyan born Barack Obama to be US President; and, I also like to know why your relatives in Kenya say you were born in Kenya. Folks, Obama is conducting a media blackout to blind us to the truth about him. Face it. He has enough campaign money to do it. All we getting at this point is his approved propaganda. He could be literally getting away with murder folks and stealing the election. Look for Donald Young and Obama, if you want more on that story.

As a person who was born there too..this looks like a fake.... I was born there too..and the birth certificates (or duplicates) dont even look like this.

Really people, do you think that something as serious as a presidential nominee would not be veted thoroughly? This is not a conspiracy theory. Like one person said, McCain was born on a US military base which, no matter where that base is, makes him a US citizen. And last time I looked, Hawaii was part of the US. Stop the pettiness and act like grown ups people.
