First, Alec, now Stephen Baldwin vow to leave country, but they don't

Remember how Alec Baldwin promised to leave the country if George W. Bush was elected president.

And Alec never got around to the exit part of his vow. PrDemocratic actor Alec Baldwin with a gun who vowed to leave the U.S. if George W. Bush was elected but changed his mind and is still hereetty comfortable life here. And politicians don't keep their promises either.

Well, his actor brother Stephen is a Republican. He says he doesn't understand why Americans care about celebrity endorsements.

But today he did make the same self-exile vow if Democrat Barack Obama is elected. The Ticket would never point out there are certain tax advantages to living abroad, not that that would ever figure into a wealthy celebrity's residential decisions.

Our colleague Johanna Neuman is over at the very new, very popular Countdown to Crawford blog that politics fans will want to bookmark. She has the full Baldwin story today.

As well as video of Stephen's funny answer on Fox News when Laura Ingraham criticized Alec.

See, even the Democ"rat"s biggest supporters love to carry GUNS. They just don't want YOU to carry or have a gun.

ps Have gun will vote for Obama

The Left Wing Liberal media never disappoints!

If the writer had SEEN AND LISTENED to Stephen Baldwin's interview with Laura Ingraham on the Fox News program, "Just In"- he/she would have seen him SAY he'd leave the country if Obama were elected- while CROSSING HIS FINGERS!
He also laughed about how the media was going to blow THAT comment all out of proportion. "Have a ball with it."
He was RIGHT!

Or are all you left-wing pundits, bloggers and "journalists" just too young and inexperienced to know what crossing one's fingers means?

I suggest you stop blindly extolling the "virtues" of this "empty suit" known as Barack Obama.
Do some REAL research about this socialist, ineffectual, unaccomplished, "throw my ypical white grandmother, pastor, advisors, surrogates, _____ -insert next unwitting person's name HERE- --- -under the bus."

Read some recent and not so recent history and know that we cannot repeat it or we will be doomed.
Crack a BOOK for God's sake!

If you prefer the internet, start with:

THEN- find some MORE interesting reading on the Democrats in re: what Nancy Pelosi wants to do about "shutting up" free speach by cutting out The Fairness Doctrine and "shutting up" the airwaves.
Exercise your "freedom of speech" NOW, my friends, because if the Democrats have their way- they will be able to out-King "The King of All Media."

I also thought it very insightful of Stephen to point out the unabashed LIES of an Obama-Clinton "lovefest" - makes my stomach turn! The Dems are SHAMELESS.

And why DOES Hollywierd think that THEIR endorsement of a candidate counts? Who cares?

Can't people think for themselves?
I guess not.
The schools and colleges gave them NO education on the recent history of which they have NO frame of reference.

It's sad, sorry and scary.

Oh- and P.S.
Stephen Baldwin IS a good Christian and comes from humble beginnings in Massapequa, Long Island.
His father was my uncle- and Alec was a hard-working high school teacher and coach who raised 6 amazing children.
