Is Sigmund Freud actually supporting Hillary Clinton?

Bipartisan psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud ponders a possibly revealing slip of the tongue by Rep Joe Sestak of Pennsylvania who is supporting New York Senator Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination for presidentRep. Joe Sestak is in his first House term from Pennsylvania's 7th Congressional District. Before that, the Democrat spent 31 years in the U.S. Navy, ending up as a three-star admiral. So he's a little new at this live TV interview stuff.

Andrea Mitchell was talking with him on MSNBC a little while ago and naturally focused on his party's ongoing, increasingly bitter and divisive political struggle to capture the presidential nomination in what started out to be a very positive looking year for the Democratic Party's recapturing of the White House.

Mitchell wondered out loud to Sestak if the fight between Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton continued all the way up until the Democratic National Convention in Denver in late August, might this rip the fractious party apart with little time left for healing before the Nov. 4 general election?

Rep Joe Sestak of Pennsylvania who is backing New York Senatoir Hillary for the Democratic Party's nomination for president had a revealing slip of the tongue on MSNBC March 28 2008 Sestak, who's endorsed Clinton in his state's April 22 party primary, said no, he really didn't think so.

He thought if Clinton won the nomination, Obama would turn right around and loyally tell his people, "Support her." Whereas if Obama won the nomination, Clinton would turn right around and say, "Support me."

?????

Then he caught himself. "Support him," Sestak quickly added.

Even though he flunk 4 star and 5 star status, Sestak does
have a point. Sigmund Freud would never have been on
the side of the Obama,Wright and Farrakhan anti-semites
trio.

It's because neither Sestak, nor you nor I, can ever imagine Hillary Clinton saying "support him". It's not Freud, it's the limit of disbelief.

What is wrong the democratic party and this bullying of Clinton? I am so turned off to Obama and his goon supporters/endorsers I will never vote for him.
Thanks Dems like Pelosi for giving us another 8 years of Republican rule.
Israel and Catholic haters are never welcome in the WH, go away Obama, save the Dem party.

Finally someone willing to stand up to the Clintons.
He owes them nothing.
His support comes from millions of donors who are the American People.
Hillary needs to concede. She is wasting our time and resources needed to put a real democrat in the White House.

It is just like SNAKE, SCORPION, and FROG; Clinton defeating Macain; Macain defeating Obama ; and Obama defeating Clinton.

That little slip ' support me'.. no! hmm, 'him' is really funny. It captures the essence of this power-crazy old lady so well. Good stuff.

Did somebody mention 'bullying of Clinton' here ? Well, if I may, bullying is what the Clintons have done very well till now. Bullying the uncommitted supers to back them, bullying other party officials and lately bullying Pelosi by their surrogates. Now they are crying 'bullying' because she is sliding down the hill. She may very well win Pennsylvania but that is only one state out of so many. Her win in Texas is very much disputed even now and a recent statewide poll conducted in California showed that Hillary will actually lose that state now if another primary is to take place. So we don't buy this nonsense that she wins big states. All three big states, California, Texas and even New York will definitely go to Obama. Yes, things have changed that much since she won(?) them. Get the picture and exit now !

Hey Girl with the bushy armpit ! Do you think Freud would have supported Hillary then for, let's see, where do I even begin? Hmm, OK, her lies about 1) Bosnia 2) brokering peace in N.Ireland 3) opposing NAFTA 4) the mysterious suicide of Vincent Foster who was covering up for something for the Clintons 5) those unrealeased tax returns for some bizzarre reasons 6) Whitewater scandal 7) inside dealings in cattle shares 8) connection with this fundamentalist religious cult called 'The Family' whose only obsession is apparently with power (how very fitting with the current developments) ...etc etc. (I will come back with more later if you want)

She is not the best choice -- she who failed us in the past so we still need national health care, and she who pads the resume with spin and lies, and apparently thinks it doesn't matter. People who can't be realistic about reasonable chances shouldn't run this country. No more dynasties!

Sestak was a bully in the service. He was told resign or be fired due to the problems that he created amongst the Pentagon staff.

Don FrederickDon Frederick has served as an editor helping guide coverage of every presidential election since 1984. He is a third-generation Washingtonian, so watching the political world comes naturally to him.

A graduate of Northwestern University, he was a reporter for newspapers in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas before joining the (now-defunct) Los Angeles Herald Examiner in 1983. Hired by The Times in 1989, he has worked in its Washington bureau since 1996 — a perch providing him a close-up view of the impeachment of President Clinton, the government's response to 9/11 and the day-to-day wrangling of the two major parties.
Andrew MalcolmAndrew Malcolm's immigrant parents repeatedly stressed the importance of active participation in a democracy. Early lessons included learning the alphabetical list of states by watching televised roll calls of national political conventions. That childhood exposure led to a lifelong fascination with politics, including 40-plus years of covering them and a brief stint practicing them as press secretary to Laura Bush in 1999-2000.

A veteran foreign and national correspondent, Malcolm served on the Times Editorial Board and was a Pulitzer finalist in 2004. He is the author of 10 nonfiction books and father of four.
