Football: Bonita, Saugus tournaments are this weekend

Seven on seven passing tournaments are set for this weekend at La Verne Bonita and Central Park in Saugus on Friday and Saturday.
The 30-team Bonita tournament has lots of potential champions. Servite, which won the Bellflower tournament last weekend, is entered, along with Upland, Valencia and Bishop Amat, among others.
Pool A: Valencia, Servite, Chino Hills, Etiwanda, Desert, Ribet.
Pool B: Damien, Villa Park, Santa Fe, Culver City, Citrus Valley, Los Osos.
Pool C: Upland, Mira Costa, Bishop Amat, Ontario Christian, South HIlls, Baldwin Park.
Pool D: Rancho Cucamonga, Charter Oak, South El Monte, Northview, Santiago, Walnut.
Pool E: Monrovia, Bonita, Kaiser, Arroyo, Glendora, Ayala.
In the Saugus tournament, Alemany, Oaks Christian, Chaminade and Hart are among the leading contenders. Action will be Friday night and all day Saturday at Central Park.
