Boys’ basketball: Devin Burleson leaves St. John Bosco

Devin Burleson, a 6-foot-9 senior who was the projected starting center for Bellflower St. John Bosco, has checked out of school, Coach Derrick Taylor said. Taylor said he doesn’t know where Burleson is headed.

It would be the sixth school in four years for Burleson.
