Track & Field: Reggie Bell wins heat at state prelims

Dorsey’s Reggie Bell won his heat in the 110-meter hurdles in 14.05 seconds and was the second fastest qualifier overall at the state prelims in Clovis.

Lloyd Siscard of Gardena Serra, who was first at the Masters Meet, was second in Bell’s heat in 14.10 and also earned a spot in Saturday’s final.
