Boys’ basketball: Trey Mason is headed to Arizona

Standout shooting guard Trey Mason of Los Angeles Loyola has decided to attend Arizona as a recruited walk-on. He’s also receiving an academic leadership scholarship.

Arizona is the school where his father, Harvey, played basketball.

Mason was an all-Mission League honoree and one of the top three-point shooters in Southern California.
