Baseball: Cypress is three outs from D2 title

Cypress is three outs away from becoming Southern Section Division 2 champions. The Centurions have a 5-0 lead in the bottom of the sixth inning against Temecula Valley at Dodger Stadium.

The defense has been magificient. Pitcher Kevin Lillicrop has benefited from 10 ground-ball outs. He has allowed two hits.

Cypress has broken the game open in the bottom of the sixth. Nick Valdez had an RBI double. Stephen Lohr had an RBI triple. Tyler Alamo had an RBI single.
