Later this week, Deijenee Nelson, a senior shortstop at Dorsey, will become the first softball player in school history to sign a letter of intent with a college program, according to Coach Irvin Davis.

She will sign with Fisk University, an NAIA school in Nashville, Tn.

She will appear on the SoCal Prep Report on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. on LA36.
