Football: Kicker Jonathan Kim will soon join brothers at Army

Kicker Jonathan Kim of Torrance Bishop Montgomery has accepted an appointment to the West Point prep school this fall with the intention of enrolling at Army in 2014.

If everything goes as planned, Kim will become the third family member to attend Army. His oldest brother, Michael, is scheduled to graduate next month. Another brother, Justin, is a freshman at Army this year. Both play soccer.

Kim is an A student and top kicker. He'll play football for the prep school in the fall. He wants to become an Army Ranger or join special forces.

As for which Kim brother is going to make the best Army grad, Kim said, "There's no competition between us. We're all the same."
