Former Harvard-Westlake forward Josh Hearlihy is nearing his college decision.

The 6-foot-7 Hearlihy, who averaged 11.3 points and 5.2 rebounds for national prep school champion Northfield Mount Hermon in Massachusetts, is visiting Davidson next week. He also is looking at Tulane and Santa Clara. Wednesday is the first day to sign a letter of intent.

Hearlihy was originally committed to Utah during his senior year at Harvard-Westlake. He ended up attending Mount Hermon this season. His former Harvard-Westlake teammate, Zena Edosomwan, played with him at Mount Hermon, averaging 12.1 points and 10.7 rebounds. He’s headed to Harvard.
