Boys’ basketball: Ex-Taft Coach Jason Hart is headed to USC

Pepperdine Coach Marty Wilson tweeted Monday morning that assistant Jason Hart is leaving to join USC’s coaching staff.

Hart guided Taft to the City Section Division I title in 2012, then joined the Waves as an assistant coach. He’s a former NBA guard who knows how to develop guards, so he’s a good hire for new Coach Andy Enfield.
