There’s no getting around how dominant Studio City Harvard-Westlake was on Tuesday against Chaminade in what turned out to be a Mission League mismatch. The Wolverines prevailed, 19-0, with 18 hits. Arden Pabst hit a grand slam and had six RBIs. Ezra Steinberg went five for five. Jacob Pardo had three hits and three RBIs.

Matt Willmore got both of Chaminade’s two hits against four Harvard-Westlake pitchers. And if the Eagles thought saving ace Kevin Lewallyn for a Friday rematch would be helpful, it should be noted that Harvard-Westlake only used its ace, Jack Flaherty, for three innings. He’ll be available for relief.
