Baseball: Bell improves to 8-0 in the Eastern League

Juan Delgado threw four innings and Paul Garcia finished up to help Bell defeat South East, 2-1, in an Eastern League game on Monday.

Bell is 12-10 overall and 8-0 in league.

Moorpark defeated Sun Valley Poly, 5-0. Matt Charnock, David Frank and Sherman Brawner each had two hits for the Musketeers (17-5).

North Hollywood defeated Roosevelt, 7-0. Matt Barbro threw a one-hitter. Michael Rincover and Daniel Meza had three hits apiece.

Capistrano Valley defeated Aliso Niguel, 5-4, on a walk-off single by Brendan Gardiner. Aliso Niguel won the second game, 6-1.
