Track: Khalfani Muhammad cruises to 10.73 100 meters

In his first invitational race of the track season, Sherman Oaks Notre Dame sprinter Khalfani Muhammad ran the 100 meters in 10.73 at the Santa Margarita Invitational on Saturday. He won the 200 in 21.11.

Sophomore Thomas Djergian of Notre Dame went 6-4 in the high jump. Marty Taylor of Newport Harbor had a best mark of 57-4 in the shot put and won the discus at 168-7.
