Murrieta Valley leads Culver City 23-18 at halftime of the Southern Section 2A finals at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Ariana Hernandez has eight points and Aliah Marshall has five for the second-seeded Nighthawks, who led 11-7 after the first quarter.

Taylor Tanita has seven points and three assists for Culver City.
