Top-seeded Riverside North is two quarters away from the Southern Section Division 2AA championship.

The Huskies lead Villa Park 29-19 at halftime at the Anaheim Convention Center. Dorian Butler leads all scorers with eight points for North, the Inland Valley League co-champion.

Casey Hershfield has six points for the third-seeded Spartans, the Century League champions.
