Boys' basketball: Pacific Hills wins 4A championship

Alpha League rivals Brentwood and Pacific Hills met in the Southern Section Division 4A championship game on Saturday night at Mater Dei, and Pacific Hills came away with its fourth title, winning, 74-65.

Jahmel Taylor scored 21 points, Marcus Jackson 18 and Adam Plax and Jonathan Mills added 12 points apiece. Tra Holder scored 25 points for Brentwood.
