Boys' basketball: Bishop Montgomery will be missing two starters

March 11, 2013 |  6:53 am

Torrance Bishop Montogmery (32-1) will be missing starters Lamond Murray Jr. and Ognjen Miljkovic for its CIF Southern California Division IV semifinal playoff game on Tuesday against Carlsbad Army-Navy (29-4) at Oceanside High after both were ejected by the officials from Saturday's game against St. Maria St. Joseph when a skirmish broke out.

Players have to sit out the next game when they are ejected.

Murray has been Bishop Montgomery's leading scorer. The 6-foot-7 Miljkovic has been a key player.

Army-Navy knocked off Encino Crespi on Saturday and has an outstanding junior point guard in Devin Watson, who's averaging 23 points a game.

The other semifinal matches the guards of Pacific Hills against a surging Gardena Serra team that has been reaching peak form during the post season.
