Baseball: South Hills, Northview remain unbeaten

The San Gabriel Valley appears to have two top baseball teams in South Hills and Northview. Both are unbeaten and will meet in the championship game of the Dick's Sporting Goods tournament on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Mount San Antonio College.

South Hills knocked off Bonita, 6-1, on Wednesday night behind David Denson, who had two hits. Northview defeated Los Altos, 10-1. Niko Castaneda threw six innnings. Jake Harrison had three hits, including a three-run home run.

Both teams are 4-0.
