Girls’ basketball: It’s a Fairfax-Narbonne Division I final

Fairfax and Narbonne won their City Section Division I semifinal games on Saturday at Cal State Dominguez Hills and will meet in the girls’ final next Saturday at 6 p.m. at Dominguez Hills.

Fairfax defeated University, 56-49. John’ea Thompson had 14 points and 14 rebounds.

Narbonne defeated El Camino Real, 47-39. Latecia Smith had 18 points and Kayla Brady added 15 points.
