Amy Okonkwo, a 6-foot-1 junior, scored 27 points for Etiwanda. Karlie Samuelson led Mater Dei with 24 points. Like the Etiwanda boys’ team that won in overtime on Tuesday night against Long Beach Poly, the Eagles kept their poise and earned a spot in Friday’s championship game against Corona Santiago at 8:45 p.m. at the Anaheim Convention Center.
