El Camino Real is a soccer school

February 5, 2013 | 11:15 am

In boys' and girls' soccer, Woodland Hills El Camino Real is loaded with talent, which means college recruiters keep taking away players.

On Wednesday, when letters of intent can be signed, the Conquistadores will have four students sign with college soccer programs.

For girls, Jackie Altschuld will sign with the University of San Diego. Carley McBeath will sign with San Jose State. Alexandria Marquez will sign with Colgate.

For boys, Steven Manios, who last played for the Conquistadores as a freshman, will sign with New Mexico.
