February 28, 2013 | 10:49 am

Simi Valley Royal, the first of two Marmonte League boys' teams going for Southern Section championships this week, will play top-seeded Tustin on Thursday night at 6:30 p.m. in the 3AAA final at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Royal (23-7) was seeded No. 6, but the Highlanders are a veteran team, led by point guard Max McCoy and 6-foot-9 center Scott Woods.

Tustin (29-2) has a 16-game winning streak since a Dec. 29 loss to Mater Dei.

Other finals on Thursday: Rolling Hills Prep vs. Shalhevet in 5A, 3 p.m.; Alemany vs. Calabasas in 3A girls, 4:45 p.m.; and Santa Margarita vs. Damien in 3AA boys', 8:15 p.m.
