Baseball: Tournaments begin on Saturday

The high school baseball season begins on Saturday with the Easton Southern California Showdown and the Dick's Sporting Goods tournaments.

The Easton schedule: Harvard-Westlake Cleveland; Newbury Park at Quartz Hill; Loyola at Rio Mesa; Agoura at Golden Valley; Westlake at Alemany; Chatsworth at Burroughs; St. Bonaventure at Chaminade; Valencia at Calabasas; Crespi at El Camino Real; Simi Valley at Camarillo; Saugus at Burbank; Oaks Christian at Thousand Oaks; Lancaster at Hart; West Ranch at Palmdale; Dos Pueblos at Moorpark.

Game time is 11 a.m.
