Baseball: Freshman Josh Garcia is creating buzz at Chatsworth

Josh Garcia, a freshman pitcher, hasn't thrown a single pitch in a real game for Chatsworth High, but the buzz about his potential is growing.

Coach Tom Meusborn said Garcia should be able to contribute immediately.

Chatsworth returns All-City pitcher Jason Karkenny, but Garcia's ability to strike out batters could be something new in the Chatsworth arsenal when the Chancellors face West Valley League rival Woodland Hills El Camino Real in league play and possibly the playoffs.
