NFL and Wharton School offer leadership course for prep athletes

The NFL-Wharton Prep Leadership Program for high school athletes entering their senior year will run from June 24-26 at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in Philadelphia, and all expenses except for travel will be taken care of if you’re one of the 36 participants selected.

It offers leadership training and developing life skills with instruction from Wharton professors and NFL executives.

Male and female athletes can apply beginning on Friday through March 15 at this link.

Thirty-six participants will be selected based on academic transcripts, athletic experience, leadership activities, coach and teacher recommendations and personal essays. All costs other than travel to and from the program will be covered by Wharton.
