Girls’ basketball: A Windward-Long Beach Poly rematch is set for Saturday

One of the best girls’ basketball matchups of the season is set for Saturday at 7 p.m. at L.A. Windward, when the host Wildcats (20-0) take on Long Beach Poly (16-2).

The two teams played on Dec. 28, and Windward won, 49-38.

Windward has two of the best guards in California in junior Jordin Canada and USC-bound Courtney Jaco. Poly is led by junior Arica Carter.
