Football: Crespi's Ray Davison commits to California [Updated]

Defensive end Ray Davison of Encino Crespi, previously committed to Northwestern, is now committed to California, Coach Jon Mack said Friday.

But Davison, in a Twitter response, said he hasn't committed.

The communication disconnect could be about what is the definition of committed. Mack insists Davison told California he's coming.

Let's see what happens next month on letter of intent day.
