Boys' basketball: What could have been at Sherman Oaks Notre Dame
During the 2009-10 prep basketball season, Sherman Oaks Notre Dame had three freshmen players at the school _ Jahmel Taylor, Ausar Madison and Anthony Swan. If they had stayed . . .
Taylor and Madison left after their freshman years. Swan left after his sophomore year.
Taylor transferred to Chatsworth Sierra Canyon, then went to Pacific Hills this season, where he recently accepted a scholarship to Washington.
Madison is the starting point guard at Chicago Whitney Young, the No. 1 team in the nation.
The 6-foot-7 Swan is a junior at Virginia Episcopal School.
