Boys' basketball: Aaron Holiday (40 points) vs. Marcus LoVett (47 points)

Two of California's top sophomore guards came out with their guns blazing on Wednesday night, and when it was over, Aaron Holiday of Campbell Hall scored 40 points and Marcus LoVett Jr. of Providence scored 47 points.

Campbell Hall won in overtime, 91-86.

Khalil Simplis of Campbell Hall scored 23 points, including eight in overtime. Colin Bell had 20 rebounds for Campbell Hall.
