Boys' basketball: A 48-point performance from Marcus LoVett Jr.
Sophomore guard Marcus LoVett Jr. of Providence finished with 48 points in the Pioneers' 69-61 victory over Sherman Oaks Notre Dame.
Earlier in the week against Campbell Hall, LoVett scored 47 points.
Sherman Oaks Buckley knocked off Compton Dominguez, 48-45. David Young and Tyler Coppin had 12 points apiece.
