As if Southern Section Division I baseball this spring won’t be tough enough with the likes of Mater Dei, Orange Lutheran, El Toro, Harvard-Westlake, Edison, Los Alamitos and others, Dana Hills returns a left-handed pitcher, Blake Taylor, and a right-handed pitcher, Grant Dyer, who are going to be a tough starting duo.

Taylor is a 6-foot-3, 220-pound senior who signed with Hawaii. Dyer is a 6-1, 180-pound senior. Both can throw close to 90 mph.

Of course, Dana Hills will first have to deal with Aliso Niguel and San Clemente in the Sea View League.
