Baseball: Aliso Niguel is loading up on young prospects

January 7, 2013 |  1:33 pm

Aliso Niguel could start seven underclassmen this spring in baseball, and it's a team college and professional scouts will be following closely.

Leading the way among the top young players will be sophomore pitcher Kyle Molnar, who has been clocked with a 91 mph fastball.

Junior shortstop Justin Fowler was an All-CIF choice as a sophomore off the 23-12 team.

Junior left-hander Anthony Sommer is a returning all-leaguer.

And freshman catcher Blake Sabol comes in highly regarded.
