December 22, 2012 |  6:57 am

Randy Stoklos, a Palisades High grad who became a standout at UCLA and in beach volleyball, has been hired as the boys' volleyball coach at Palisades.

He was an assistant coach last season and replaces Chris Forrest, who left to become coach at Oaks Christian.

He was the partner of Sinjin Smith when the two began to dominate on the pro beach volleyball circuit and became the most successful duo on the AVP tour.

He has a son who attends Palisades.
