Girls' basketball: Touchand scores 25 in JSerra's win

Senior guard August Touchand had 25 points and junior forward Courtney Vaccher added 14 to lead JSerra to a 65-24 rout of Newbury Park in a ninth-place semifinal of the Oaks Christian tournament. 

Senior guard Hilary Chuh netted 17 points, including five three-pointers, as Thousand Oaks won the second ninth-place semifinal, 58-50, against Marlborough. Junior point guard Clara Mokri scored 20 points for Marlborough.

Santa Maria St. Joseph beat Chatsworth 70-28 in the first 13th-place semifinal and Oak Park defeated Taft 65-35 in the other.
