Football: Thomas Duarte, Darren Walker are Trinity League MVPs

Receiver Thomas Duarte of Mater Dei and running back Darren Walker of St. John Bosco have been named the Trinity League most valuable players.

The most valuable offensive players were lineman Nico Falah of St. John Bosco and receiver River Cracraft of Santa Margarita. The most valuble defensive players were junior linebacker Chandler Leniu of St. John Bosco and linebacker J.C. Genova of Mater Dei. The most valuable linemen were junior Damien Mama of St. John Bosco and Dane Crane of Santa Margarita.

It’s an impressive list of underclassmen on the all-league team.
