Football: Serra claims second CIF state bowl win

It’s all over at Home Depot Center in Carson, where Gardena Serra has defeated Oakdale 42-15 to win the CIF state championship Division II bowl game.

The Cavaliers dominated from the opening kickoff as Marques Rodgers and Adoree Jackson each scored three touchdowns. Serra won the Division III bowl game in 2009 and lost the Division II game in 2010.
