Football: San Fernando unable to score on two good opportunities

After an interception by Daemon Thompson and a fumble recovery by Johnny Nunez, San Fernando has twice had scoring opportunities against Canoga Park in the City Section Division II championship game but was stopped by the Hunters' defense.

Hector Garcia came up with a 15-yard sack on fourth down for Canoga Park. The game is scoreless with 1:54 left in first quarter.
