Football: Jacob Taylor is on top of the world for Rim of the World

December 1, 2012 | 11:41 am

Running back Jacob Taylor of Rim of the World went past the 4,000-yard rushing mark for the season on Friday night in helping his team defeat Ontario Christian, 34-31, in the East Valley Division championship game.

He rushed for 260 yards in 41 carries.

Rim of the World was the school that fired its head coach, Bob Gradillas, then brought him back after a community and player outcry.
