It took 14 quarters, but a team has finally scored against Corona del Mar in the playoffs.

Garden Grove had a fourth-and-one at the 1-yard line but was penalized for illegal procedure and had to settle for a 20-yard field goal by Gabe Carillo that has cut the Sea Kings’ lead to 14-3 with 6:18 left in the first half at Angel Stadium.
